A. Think twice before relying on big-box booking services for your next vacation. Sure, they’re everywhere and seem convenient, but their cookie-cutter solutions might not be the best fit for your unique vacay vibe.
Plus, with loads of clients to juggle, you might feel like just another number in their system – and you likely won’t have a dedicated advisor for your trip.
So, while their “free” service might seem attractive at first, you should think twice before hiring them to plan your vacation.
A. We’ve got a soft spot for certain brands and resorts, but it’s not because we owe them anything. It’s because we’ve taken to the skies, explored the world, and cherry-picked the finest experiences to share with you.
Our initial planning consultation is complimentary. Our planning services are fee-based and are customized to your unique needs. Destination Wedding Planning fees start at $1,495 and individual trip planning fees start at $100pp, based on season, destination, and the complexity of your trip. We will provide you with a rate sheet following your consultation. You will have 3 days after the consultation to remit the fee (before we begin work).
A. Unless specifically stated they are included in your travel documents, resort fees are not included. They are paid to the hotel property directly at check-in/checkout.
A. After making your deposit, if you allow your agent to keep your card on file, you can simply email your agent and ask your agent to charge your payment or make a payment in the client portal (if applicable). If you need to use a new card, you will have to call your agent with the new details or enter your new card in the client portal.
A. Most travel documents will be electronically delivered to you via email within 24-48 hours of booking and final payment. On the rare chance you may need something mailed to you, it will be done no later than 2 weeks prior to travel whenever possible.
A. While certainly there is no average cost due to the custom nature of our trips, our clients spend between $5K and $150K on a week-long vacation, depending on their destination, number of guests, flights, and accommodations.
Be prepared for the following average minimum spend for 2 adults:
*Mexico & Caribbean $5,000-$7,500 per week
*Hawaii $7,500-$10,000 per week
*Europe, Tahiti, South Pacific $10,000-$15,000 per week
*Africa $15,000-$20,000 per week
